PINK REVOLUTION EXPANDS THEIR SERVICES

The National Breast Cancer Foundation has graciously awarded Pink Revolution of NH with a grant that is targeted to support breast cancer patients living in the Granite State (NH)
We have teamed up with Amanda Thomas Boutique in Merrimack, NH on this very important initiative. We will be funding Lymphedema Products; Mastectomy Bras and Prosthesis; and Wigs for cancer patients in need.
the Process
1) Download the application
2) Bring it to your oncology center for the social worker or patient navigator to sign
3) Submit the signed application to:

4) Once the application is received, you will be contacted by Amanda Thomas to determine your needs
5) If approved for eligibility, Pink Revolution of NH will arrange funding
